Family Wish List

The needs of our families change frequently. If you would like to make an in-kind donation, please contact us first to determine whether there is a present need or email info@familypromisehc.org.

Things our families need occasionally are:

New pillows
New blankets (Twin size)
Toiletries (Full Size): shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, body wash, hair conditioner, razors
Feminine products (all types and sizes)
Over-the-counter medications for adults and children (pain reliever, cough syrup, cough drops, sore throat, etc.)
Toilet paper
Laundry detergent

Our clients also have a need for:

Gas cards
Shop-Rite gift cards
Wal-Mart gift cards

During the holidays, many community members want to donate gifts for our families. Pam Briant runs our Adopt-a-Family program which closes out December 1st. If you would like to give some practical items and/or some special treats after that date or at any time during the year, here are some specific items that are always appreciated and can be used by most, if not all, of our families once they move into housing:

Phone cards
Toy gift cards for kids’ birthday
Décor for a kids bedroom
Gift cards for teen clothing stores, sporting goods stores, bath and body stores
Movie gift cards

Mani/pedi
Activities – bowling, ice skating, etc
Bucket of cleaning supplies
Curtains
Bathmats and shower curtains

Air conditioners or fans
Lamps
Vacuum
Bean bag chairs for kids’ rooms
